Fully furnished private rooms in an owner-occupied home, with access to the shared kitchen, living areas, bathroom, and in-house laundry. All utilities are included, and the home has a private heating and cooling unit, plus driveway parking. The house is in a quiet Deerfield neighborhood, close to hospitals, colleges, I-91, South Sugarloaf Mountain, and just 15 minutes from downtown Northampton. Two furnished bedrooms are available for rent.

First and last month’s rent due before move-in. No security deposit.

I’m a stay-at-home partner at the moment, and my partner is an engineer working night shifts. We have three friendly dogs (ages 3–5): a Shih Tzu mix, a Samoyed, and a Golden Retriever. Because of my partner’s schedule, we’re looking for someone who is respectful of quiet hours during the day.
