One of which is smaller and has a shared bathroom. One of which is larger and has it’s own bathroom. Rent will be determined by bedroom selection but will be slightly above or below $1000.

I write software remotely and my roommate is finishing his biology PhD at Hopkins. We are both interested in philosophy, history, and shooting the shit. Josh is a self taught Spanish speaker who is currently working on learning Italian. We are both into fitness, although only one of us runs competitively. I spend plenty of time going on nature walks and bird watching. We spent the last year in this apartment, and are looking for a new roommate after one of the originals finished his PhD.
