About the room
Furnished 2 bedroom mobile home. Pretty standard single wide, one small room, one slightly larger, with private entrance. Laundry on site. Air conditioning. Clean and ready to move in. Small fenced yard. Utilities are slightly negotiable. (I usually start with1/2 actual cost, I live in a detached garage studio.) *…also, I AM a tattoo artist, ive been know to tattoo my roomates for free occasionally! :)
About the roomies
I Moved Back to Arizona a few years ago, to be close to my now 4yr old son. Prescott was too expensive, PV too crowded, so i moved to Cordes! I Own a small tattoo shop in Mayer. Besides Dad duty, I pretty much stick to myself.
