Multiple rooms available in a spacious 4-bedroom home located on Floral Hill near Hendricks Park. The home is surrounded by trees and green space and is best suited for someone who enjoys a quieter, nature-oriented setting. Access to bus lines is limited; driving or biking is recommended.

House Details: • Fireplace • Shared kitchen, living, dining, and outdoor spaces • Established chore system • Multiple pets in the home (cats, dog, tarantulas) — no additional pets allowed • Low-key household (not a party house)

Room Details: • First-floor bedroom and Second-floor bedrooms available • Both with South-facing windows with good natural light • First-floor BR: About 106 sq ft plus a second small closet just outside of the room. Easy access to the downstairs bathroom and kitchen. This room would be ideal for someone who likes to be on their own floor and wants quick access to the main living areas. • Upstairs BR: About 134 sq ft plus closet space, built-in desk and shelving nook. • There is a third bedroom available with its own bathroom- we would love to keep this as a shared office space/bathroom for all housemates to use, however, it depends on the budgets and needs of those living in the house, so this room could also potentially be rented as a private bedroom instead.. This room is a little bigger than the other two rooms, not including the bathroom that has a full tub, sink, and toilet.

Current tenants are all LGBTQ2SIA+

All have assigned chores.

Some community vibe, people also keep to themselves. Both styles are welcome. :)
