About the room

I have a second floor room available at my house I rent! We are looking for two more female roomies :) The bathroom is accessible from the hallway beside the room, the rooms are on the back side of the house facing the woods. All carpet upstairs, bathroom has very large counters, and large walk in closet for the room. Washer/ dryer on the same floor :) We also have a community pool in the neighborhood

About the roomies

My roommates and I are all young professionals, we are clean and quiet! We have a long term lease here for at least the next 2 years, and we all evenly split communal bills like power, water, cleaners, WiFi and yard care :)
