Beautiful home in Escondido! My partner and I will be living here with hopefully 2 other people (male or female). The house is completely solar so expect super small electric bills! Has a charger for EV cars. 2 car garage with space to park 2 additional cars out front. You’d have your own room and bathroom. We’re hoping to leave 2 rooms vacant for family/friends to come. The house will be fully furnished by my partner and I, you’d just have to bring stuff for your room!

A little about my partner and I, I’m 25 and she’s 24. We’ve been married a year and recently lived in San Marcos. Moving to a house because we’d love more space! We cook frequently (often for everyone friends and our roommates). My wife is Brazilian and I am a mix of a lot of things (lol) so expect authentic Brazilian food, Indian food, BBQ’s and more! We’re very quiet, not home much during the week and sometimes my job has me working weekends until very late. No pets&no smoking (but that doesn’t mean you can’t). LGBTQA+ friendly! Easy going and very happy!
