About the room

The house has 3 bedrooms; I keep the master bedroom for when I visit, and I have 2 additional rooms to rent. These 2 rooms share one full bathroom. There’s also a half bath on the first floor. The house is in a safe gated community with friendly and quiet neighbors. Basically, you and a roommate will be the only ones living in the house; I try to visit about once a month. It is a very well located gated community within walking distance of shopping plazas and bus stops.
