It’s a 3BR apartment(2 family house) with shared bathroom, kitchen,living room and basement(storage).Rent is 900 + utilities which average between 50-100$ each person. will be available 1st of March. Currently the 2nd roommate is F in her late 20’s and our neighbors have children so respectfully a background check may be requested.
About the roomies
The current roommate is 29y.o female. We’ve both been here for about 14 months. She’s very kind, open-minded, and respectful individual. Im laid back. I value keeping our living spaces clean, for me there’s difference between clean and disorganized which I won’t judge anyone for that. Imo the rent is great considering the location.
