Hey! I’m a 29yo Flight Test Engineer, currently working ~4-5 days in office. I’m looking for a place within biking distance to the ocean if possible, but mostly just want somewhere with a close-knit house down to grab food, play games together, etc.!

Open to living with either gender (I’ve lived in multiple mixed-households), and guests are not an issue. I have a girlfriend in LA who would come by every other weekend or so (I’d be at hers the other weekends).

I have a 5-year-old cat named Pebbles. She’s super sweet and listens to commands (most of the time). Over time, she may cuddle with you unless you don’t want her to. She’s also got a fancy little Litter Robot and Autofeeder.

I like to keep common spaces clean, although admittedly my individual room might get a little cluttered now and then.
