Shared access to a full kitchen with all conveniences, living area, and second-floor laundry right outside the bedroom. The home offers ample parking and convenient access to shopping, dining, Fort Knox, and major roadways.

All utilities included. No pets. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana.

An ideal roommate is a single, working professional between the ages of 30–55 who values a calm, respectful living environment. Overnight guests should be kept to a minimum.

Available May 1 - July 31. Rent is $850 per month. A $300 security deposit is required before move-in.

You would be sharing the home with a white, professional female in her 50s who values a calm, respectful, and low-drama living environment. The home includes several pets. Dogs remain on the first floor, while cats roam both floors. The homeowner is a non-smoker and does not permit marijuana use on or within the property due to professional obligations. Occasional social drinking is welcome in moderation.
