2 bedrooms in Split level apartment in a two family home in the upper Monroe neighborhood of Rochester New York.

Both rooms moderately sized with a shared bathroom, one room with a walk in closet, hardwood floors and decent natural lighting. Split with a third tenant (me, the one writing this). There’s 2 cats in the apartment whose needs are taken care of by the owner. They’re both friendly though one is skittish and one is very playful.

The only shared space between original tenant and newer roommates is the bathroom

None of the furniture in the pictures will actually be here upon moving in, as it is my current roommates.

Hi! My names Victoria! Currently a supervisor at a local coffee shop, ministry & psychology student and powerlifter. I usually keep myself pretty busy, and when I am home I’m pretty quiet/spend a lot of time in my own space upstairs. I’m also very active in my church, might be known to have regular Bible study nights with my friends and love baking & cooking.
