Recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms! New countertop sinks, faucets, and plumbing! Cold and hot water and no standing water in the shower or sinks! Everything is clean and ready to go! Very comfortable king-size mattress and dresser! You’re welcome to bring your own furniture if you have your own. All utilities included and high-speed internet! Full use of home and backyard with barbecue grill backed up to Golf Course. No neighbors in the front or back. Very peaceful, great for relaxing! I am looking for roommates who either go to work or go to school or both. I don’t drink or do drugs and I don’t party! I am looking for roommates who are like-minded people. Full Access: Kitchen, backyard lounge area with BBQ grill, and brand-new laundry facilities. The “Roommate”: I have a senior (14-year-old) Rottweiler. He’s essentially a 100lb teddy bear who sleeps 20 hours a day and is incredibly friendly.
