About the room

Hey everyone! I have a room available to rent in a 3 bed 2 bath home that was recently renovated. It is a beautiful home that is 12 minutes away from Detroit Mercy and 14 minutes away from Wayne State. You will have your own bathroom, not shared. Pets allowed, and it will be $850 including all utilities. (Wifi, gas, water, electric, trash, and sewage). The house is LGBTQ+ friendly and my friends who are a gay couple are renting the upstairs room and bathroom. The kitchen will be a shared space as well as the basement for storage.
