Private, furnished 2nd floor bedroom on west side of Taunton in a quiet neighborhood. Large 4 bedroom house. One room is used as guest/TV room and one room is an office. One bedroom is mine, and the 4th bedroom is the furnished bedroom for you. Off street parking, free laundry, lovely porch and yard to enjoy in warmer months. Heat, hot water, electricity and internet included in rent. Month to month lease. Dogs negotiable. No cats or small animals (non-negotiable). You will have access to your bedroom, the bathrooms (shared, not private), kitchen, living/dining room, laundry and yard, but not the other bedrooms/office, basement/attic or garage.

Roommate is a professional female in her 40s and a large dog. My profession is very seasonal- I work a lot some months and other months I work very little. The months where my workload is heavy I wake up quite early and go to sleep early also. When Im not working as much I tend to be a night owl.
