It is on 1/4 acre with beautiful banana trees and space to enjoy outdoors. It is a 3/2 , 1600 sf. Room is in private side of split plan layout. wi fi included
About the roomies
The roommate area is on the far side of the house. My small dog and cat do not have access to that side.
I have one very nice current female roommate that is 22, works full time.
Its very peaceful and safe. I enjoy roommates, but I enjoy my private space and she does as well.
This is a drug free environment, including pot.
