Looking for students or 4month stay. The lease is up in April, so we may move out then if they keep raising the rent. This property has great flowery trees in the summer and the parking is free and abundant. Underground parking is 25$.

There is a main office and there, they have a big bathroom with a large shower, an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi. A little weight room with treadmills and full body mirrors.

The kitchen and fridge are both kind of small. We do have a grill for hot days, a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and a blender. The ac is in the living room and is really expensive to run. There is storage available in the basement. For 20$. Coin laundry on every floor from 8 am - 10pm. The room has a very large closet, a ceiling fan and mirror on the wall.

I’m a 40 y. o. Leftie who works first shift and studies IT. I live with my BF. He is very fun and talkative. There is a 2 year old dog who stays with us too. He is very quick and likes to play and cuddle.
