Rent (all utilities included): • Upstairs rooms: $950 / $1,150 • Downstairs rooms: $1,250 / $1,350
We’re looking for responsible, drama-free people who want a calm, respectful place to live.
The house is in a quiet, nice town close to shops, schools, and hospitals, including Stony Brook University and Stony Brook University Hospital. There’s plenty of off-street parking on the property.
Cleaning fee: Instead of a traditional security deposit, we charge a $400 non-refundable cleaning fee, paid upfront. This covers deep cleaning after move-out and helps make sure everything is smooth and serious from the start. Once that’s paid, we move forward with the lease.
What makes us different is that we actually care about the people who live here and believe in being open and transparent, so there are no surprises.
The home is within 5 miles of Stony Brook Hospital, right off NY-25A, and close to Port Jefferson Village, Marina, and Ferry, with lots of great restaurants nearby.
