About the room
We have 1 very clean room available upstairs with one shared bathroom with 2 other roomates. The Room is furnished with a queen bed, chest,dresser, desk and tv, and is fully lighted with 3 windows. whole house has been renovated recently with new siding, new windows, new flooring, doors, new paint, new kitchen, bathrooms etc. The downstairs bathroom is assigned to the tenant in the first floor exclusively, the second bathroom upstairs is shared between the 3 tenants upstairs. Very Close to the famous fan and museum and within walking distance from Byrd parks Restaurants and vcu. Quick access to the highway.
About the roomies
There is currently 3 other male young roomates age (between 22 and 30) one is an engineer the second one is a teacher and third one is a supervisor. We are looking for professionals and students who value the privacy of other and can lived in harmony with others,
