My current boarder was so comfortable that she extended her stay one more month. Inwood is an extremely comfortable neighborhood.
Two individuals have privacy and a safe space. A Pre-war Frida Kahlo-themed apartment with high ceilings and large rooms. Clean, peaceful, and quiet; fully furnished room. Perfect for studying! Ideal for international students traveling light: all bedding provided Shared kitchen and bathroom; very light cooking. I do not provide dishware, cookware, or utensils. Nor do I provide towels. These personal items are the responsiblity of the tenant. Offered to a non-smoking, quiet, serious, mature, responsible individual. No overnight guests. No Pets. References and a one-month deposit are required—long-term preferred. Shared with a mature artist and two equally mature cats. 1/2 blood to C-Town Supermarket, Inwood Park, Farmers Market, 3 minutes to A-train subway, 4 blocks to 1 train Available June 1, 2026.
About the roomies
The apartment is a sacred space for two mature cats and me. I am easy-going with a sense of humor and a deep creative streak. No drama or bad habits. Pure positive energies. I am a differently abled artist who works from home.
On-site visits or FaceTime interviews are required before a rental applicant can provide proof of financial support and/or three pay stubs, three references, a State-Issued Identification, and the application can be processed. work or student identification. First month’s rent plus security deposit required.
