Looking for a roommate in a 3bed/3bath unit. This is in a new unit with brand new equipments and is fully furnished. This also includes kitchen utilities (plates, knives, spoons, etc.) The room comes with a pretty big private bathroom and closet. Most of the utilities is included such as internet, electricity, in unit laundromat, and valet trash. Community benefits such as 24 hour gym, secure lockers for packages, pool and so on. Move in date and lease term is flexible. If you do a 13-15 month lease, you will get 3 months free.

I’m 29 years old and work as a Software Engineer in the Gulch. Currently I’m the only person living in the unit and I’m looking to fill up the other 2 room. The other room is pretty similar but the bathroom is ensuite and is about $50 more so if you prefer that you can ask about it. I’m a pretty chill person, I’m into UFC, fitness, investing and tattoos. Always down to just unwind and chat or hangout, which is something I’ve done with my previous roommates and still do but if you prefer to keep to yourself that’s cool also.
