2BR 2BA, looking for a roommate! Located right in between the Santa Fe Art District and downtown Denver, this apartment is a great deal for this price. There are plenty of restaurants, museums, libraries, bars, etc., within walking distance. The apartments have a decent gym, also.

Because my room is the master bedroom and has a slightly larger closet with its own bathroom, I am paying slightly more for rent, paying for all utilities, and paying for our internet (it’s Xfinity’s fastest option). You would just pay the $ 1000 in rent and extra fees if you want to park in the garage or parking lot, or if you have a pet.
