Hello! The Pennsylvania Place apartments are right next to a bus stop (E and L line for ucd), and also only about a 7ish minute bike ride from the UCD campus! The unit I am in is on the second floor, but theres bike racks in a few spots on the ground level, and if you use a scooter its not much work to bring it up and down the stairs. The rooms come with built in desks, vanities, and shelving- so theres no need to bring those furnishings! The bathroom is shared, but the toilet/shower and sink area are separate, and theres also two sinks! The kitchen is pretty small, but has a built in microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Currently I use the dishwasher as a drying rack, but im open to actually using it as well. Feel free to message me for more info!!

Hiya! My name is Emili, I will be 23 this year, and Im currently a student at UCD. Im pretty clean and would like to keep shared spaces tidy. I love animals, and as I don’t have a pet of my own I’m totally okay with a roommate bringing their pet! I enjoy arts and crafts and playing video games in my free time. I also love to hang out with friends whether in person or online, and go on hikes, hang outs, day trips, anything! I tend to stay up late so it would be nice to have a roommate who doesn’t mind, or does the same!
