The room is decent sized. There’s actually two rooms. I’ve been thinking about a roommate for a minute, but I’m not sure that I want one unless I meet the right person. There’s a possibility of both rooms being available to have your own little area as well. Seeings I have a band set up in the living room LOL

It’s just me living on the property. I’m a single 51 yo man. It’s a two-bedroom one-story with an enormous parking lot out front. All my neighbors are businesses. I’m in an industrial area. I am a musician and play music often.
