Looking for anyone to take over mine and my roommates’ lease. I will be looking for three people so any three people can message me.

Rent is 1599 a month plus 70 for wifi: this is split evenly among 3 roommates. With utilities, we expect it to be around 50-100 more per person, and you get your own private room. Currently, utilities was extremely cheap with us paying no more then 50 per person, but that is always subject to change. The kitchen is shared. The living room is shared. One person has the master bedroom with its own private bathroom, and there is another bathroom that is shared. Any pets are welcome.

If you want photos or videos of the area, please DM us, and we will show you. Photos included are NOT what our specific apartment looks like (we’re a 3 bedroom) but it’s the company’s provided photos. We do have photos of the apartment, and we can also schedule a tour if you’re serious.

We’re preferably looking for someone to take over the lease middle of May. You will have to apply directly through management and be approved. The deposit that I put into the lease early on is staying, and it will become your deposit. So to make things fair, I am requesting a 500 dollar deposit from each person who signs the lease. When the lease ends, and if you happen to move out, the 500 will be given back to you through management if the apartment is up to date.

You will be getting your deposit back once the lease ends. Some photos are outside views. It’s located on North East Columbus Street with a beautiful view outside. It is also next to Bakersfield College.
