This is a private bedroom in a large, well-maintained 5-bedroom all-girls home located in the Fan District. The room includes its own private bathroom and a separate entrance, which provides a lot of privacy and independence. The room is clean and comfortable, and it’s been a great place to live. the house is shared with respectful female roommates. While everyone currently works full-time, we would prefer a student or someone 25 and under to maintain a similar lifestyle and schedule in the home. This is a quiet, friendly environment that works well for studying and everyday living. Single occupancy only (no couples). The Fan is an ideal location, especially for students, with close proximity to VCU, coffee shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Everything is walkable and convenient. I genuinely love this room and the location but am moving due to a new work opportunity. Rent is $675 per month plus utilities (utilities vary). Move-in is anytime after the 25th, but I’m flexible and open to an earlier date if needed.
