Lease takeover: 1 room in 3bed house in historic baker, $825 a month + utilities Lease takeover ASAP through July 31st with easy ability to renew for a year lease afterwards. We are looking for someone to move in Feb 1st or as soon as possible afterwards. The apartment consists of the top 2 floors of a 3-story duplex on a lively neighborhood street right off South Broadway. Walking distance from Wax Trax Records, Bardo Coffee House, Sputnik, the Mayan Theatre, Voodoo Doughnuts and other South Broadway favorites and a short drive from Washington Park, Downtown, and I-25. Washer/dryer in unit, 1 parking spot available or accessible street parking. The common space includes a large upstairs attic room used for shared storage. Room description: Big south facing window with lots of sunlight, personal closet, storage space above closet.
About the roomies
There are currently 2 roommates staying until the end of the August lease and potentially renewing for the next year. They are both friendly, clean, mid-twenties girls who love the outdoors and craft nights, and the apartment is LGBTQ+ friendly! We are looking for someone young, clean, respectful, and friendly! Cats are also welcome. There is a 200$ non-refundable pet deposit, but not monthly pet rent. The current roommates frequently cat sit for a lovely cat named Charlie. The downstairs neighbors are friendly as well!
