We have two rooms available to rent. Two blocks away from the University of Iowa hospital. 15 min walk to the center of campus. 5 min from a transit stop. The street is quiet. The land lord is chill. One parking space is indoor while the other three are outside in a lot right outside the main door.

About the roomies

There are two people staying in the property from last year. One is a grad student at Iowa and the other is a graduate from Iowa working in the area. Both are males and are pretty quiet.
