I’m looking for a roommate to join my lease which is thru July 31st.

-Apartment managed by Sandpoint Property Management

-~$750/month rent (including utilities)

-Lease: now - 7/31/26

-Rooms: living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, deck

-Appliances: Washer, dryer, standard kitchen appliances, no dishwasher

-Room is a bit larger than 100 ft^2, with a closet, window and thermostat.

My past roommate recently moved out, and I am looking for someone to fill the spot as soon as convenient. I’m looking for someone who is tidy, courteous and enjoyable to be around.

About the roomies

About me: I’m 24 years old and an engineer at the local airport. I enjoy most outdoor ventures in my free time; particularly skiing, whitewater kayaking and backpacking. I also enjoy cooking, sewing and baking bread.

Ideally, I’d like to have a physically active roommate who’s similar in age with some similar interests. I’d prefer no pets but will consider it.

Sandpoint Property Management will require a $50 application fee and $250 “roommate addition” fee. They also require some proof of income and run a credit check. That official application would only be necessary after we come to an agreement on our side of things.
