Hi! This is an empty room in my condo. The entire apartment is furnished except for the bedroom. I have an en suite bathroom in my room so I do not use the other bathroom, which would be yours. There are five cats living in the home, and they are very friendly. There is an outdoor patio that is also furnished. The property is on the border of Arcadia and Scottadale. There are a few things within walking distance and the community is very safe. There are a lot of snow birds so there are not a lot of neighbors around during the summer. There is a pool and a “gym” which consists of three treadmills and a weight bench. I get along with my neighbors. There is a paid laundry room attached to my building as well. I have a desk that doubles as a kitchen table in the main living area, and the couch in the living room is massive, along with a nice recliner in the reading nook. There is one TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and I have most appliances and have no issue sharing the use of them. I am not attached to the set up of the rooms and am open to rearranging.

I live by myself with my cats. I usually cook simple meals a few nights a week. I make coffee every morning in my nespresso which I would love to share. I am usually home on weeknights unless I am out of town in Tucson or Prescott for work. The cats are fed automatically and they are quite friendly. I like to read and crochet, so the condo is filled with handmade blankets and books. I am a clean person, I vacuum daily and have multiple air purifiers throughout the home due to all the cats. I know five cats sounds like a lot, but unfortunately the man who was their coparent is not responsible enough to have pets on his own, so I became a single mom of 5. I like to spend most of my time in the living room or at my desk when I am home. I don’t watch a ton of TV but there’s a smart TV in the living room with a Switch 2. I lived here with my boyfriend and the relationship has ended, however I love the space and would like to stay here if I can.
