About the room
Flex room in a 2B 2BR apartment with full window overlooking the Hudson River and the World Trade Center. Room is as big as the other bedrooms, with closet available for storage. Only a 3 minute walk to the Newport Path station and Starbucks, and a 5 minute walk to the nearest grocery store and the Newport Mall. Building amenities include: elevators, laundry, a shared working space, gym, pool, parking, and rooftop pickleball courts.
About the roomies
The other two roommates are women who work remotely from home, bathroom is shared with one roommate. I lived here to work part time in the city and attend grad school at NYU, but now that I’ve graduated and found employment elsewhere we’re looking for someone to fill my spot! Super easy commute, no issue attending work or night classes as a young 24 year old woman. Please feel free to reach out for any questions!
