About the room

I own a 4 bedroom house and rent out 2 of the 3 extra rooms. The house is in Northeast Cape right off of del prado and 41. I do have a small in home gym in the garage that you are welcome to use if you wish. Feel free to reach out and can even offer up the master with its own private bathroom and negotiate something if interested.
