Bailey's room

Located on Post Road, near the stadium and Sewell Park. Fully furnished and roomy bedroom, includes a built in desk with shelving units above. There’s a bathroom which connects to the spacious walk-in closet, which also includes shelving. The bathroom has three cabinets, including a small medicine cabinet which is also a second mirror. There’s plenty of hot water; the utility bills each month end up being about $80 all together. It’s a nice room with hiking trails down the road and a bus stop for Texas State. There’s also a dog park for furry friends.

I have two roommates, they grew up in adjacent towns and had similar hobbies so they are automatic friends. They are very clean and fun to be around. One is a Criminal Justice major and one is an Education major. They study together a lot and I think they would like someone else to join in and be a friend. They have great senses of humor and one of them has a cute pup! The space is decorated and has a full kitchen set up. They will share dishes and food with you if you ask. It’s a nice apartment with great roommates. I ended up having an increase in other bills cause me to have to move back home.
