Highland Springs apts. large living room with vaulted ceilings, room has a huge closet, in unit laundry, gas fireplace, balcony. Rent would be $650. Utilities included. The apartments require all tenants to be on the lease and a new tenant would have to apply, but it should be no problem with a good rental history and decent credit score above 650. I work as a welder. Nights I’m usually studying Chinese or computer programming. Weekends I’m either in Madison visiting my girlfriend or kayaking during the summer. Friendly, outgoing and good cook. Very cleanly and respectful of space.
