About the room
This is a townhome in Winter Springs with Publix, Crunch Fitness, and Aldi nearby. It is a single bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom and closet, it’s next to the door, so you get the whole first floor to yourself and it’s usually pretty quiet. The home was built in 2013 and is mostly unfurnished, giving you the freedom to make it your own. You’ll also have access to a private community pool and hot tub.
About the roomies
Standard procedure would include a background check, credit check, and at least a month’s worth of paystubs to prove income. (You can redact any sensitive information in the paystub such as hourly or wage, SSN, total pay, 401K benefits, etc.) Please note that I prefer males in general since I am male lol. Male traveling nurses are welcome.
