About the room
Owner occupied bi-level with a private entrance to a large private bedroom suite with an attached bath and closet. There is also a den and a kitchenette (no stove) area on this floor for your use. Main kitchen is upstairs for light stove top cooking. Utilities and wifi included. Neutered/spayed Cats and small dogs are negotiable, extra fees apply. $50 mo per pet and $500 non refundable entry fee per pet. Will be freshly painted before occupancy. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY(no couples) photos of bedroom and den are staged for your visual imagination. There is some furniture available if needed (desk that is in picture-also a small table & chairs, queen size bed, love seat and entertainment center that is not pictured) or you can bring your own furniture. $95 non refundable application fee which includes a full back ground check by NTN. Proof of income/identity required.
