The apartment is also pet friendly and pet rent is $35/month The room is unfurnished but if needed I could try to help you get some furniture. You would be taking over my lease, thus you or a co-signer would need to make 3x the rent, have a decent credit history, no overdue debt, no felonies, or misdemeanor drug convictions. You would also be taking over my security deposit and possibly my pet deposit as well. The lease ends in May

Your roommate would be a male student and male roommates are preferred. He can be loud at times and a stereotypical guy in his 20’s, but will mainly keep to himself, doesn’t go out much, and doesn’t have too many people over
