I have extra room with a bathroom that I’m looking to rent out. The bedroom and bathroom are not connected but they are right next to each other. There is also a hall closet that you would have sole use of. The bed and bathroom are both on the second floor and the ground floor is the main living area with a living room, dinning room, kitchen, and laundry space. There is dedicated parking and a pool (though it’s closed in winter).
