Home is in a gated 55+ resort with heated pool, pickleball, pool table, corn hole, putting green, and lots of community activities to enjoy…even monthly gatherings with food and live bands if you like to dance the night away. Home is located on the Indian River and has its own private patio and dock to sit and enjoy the river wildlife or fish and if you have a boat or kayak the dock is ready and waiting for you. You can enjoy all the many amenities here or just enjoy the comfort of a safe home environment. You’ll have your own large bedroom with a master bath and walk in closest, a California King bed and big screen tv. and I have dressers if you need them. Share the cozy living room and any of the areas in the home as you like. There’s a washer/dryer and full kitchen, the living room and a sunroom with a river view! Carport to park in and garage space for some extra storage if needed and room to set up for crafting if you’d like. I want a housemate that will feel very at home here! Will need to fill out application and background check to be approved by resort management. Again 55+ only allowed per resort rules other than visitors.

Share home with me a 72 year old retired female who is young at heart and easy going along with my dog and a bird. Prefer non smokers and no heavy drinkers. Easy going household but located in a very active 55 plus community.
