This would be a private room and private bathroom in a house. You would have the option between a private bedroom and private bathroom on the main floor, or if preferred for more privacy and space, you could have the private basement bedroom and bathroom. Room will have a full size bed, closet, and desk (or could come empty if you prefer to bring your own furniture). All bills/utilities are included in the rent price. There is free street parking. No pets and no smoking please.

I am a 31 year old female who just purchased the house. I live here with my two well-behaved/friendly dogs. I work from home as a consultant but travel often for work.
