The room is 15x15 mirrored closet doors nice light and airy furnished can be unfurnished as well. Shared bathroom with another female. Private house very tranquil property use of yard , full use of kitchen , bbq fridge space cabinet space. Street parking in front of my gated property , very clean home all utilities are included with WiFi and Netflix also . I have two female dogs very friendly. Cat in photo is no longer in the house left with my daughter. Month to month lease with security deposit no over night guest, no smoking or drugs.

I’m a super cool landlord we are like family here. It’s month to month lease. All good tenants on my property cause I have two other separate units that I have females living in.
