Full-Service Bedroom in Renovated House This is a co-living house that will be shared with other residents. You’re paying for a private bedroom and shared common areas (kitchen, dining rm, laundry rm) with other residents. Some bedrooms come with a private attached bath and some bedrooms share a bathroom (at a reduced rate). All utilities (Water, sewer, electric & gas) and Wifi included with rent. Smoking/Vaping (even outdoors) NOT allowed on premises. Most pets not allowed (some fish, reptiles, amphibians are ok). 1 to 12 month initial lease, then month-to-month. Parking available: 1 car per resident; extra parking for a 2nd vehicle/trailer avail. for additional fee. This is a 7 bed, 5 bath house, just renovated, so all bedrooms are now available (no one there yet), beginning 2/1/2026. There are 3 upstairs & 4 downstairs bedrooms available. Some have their own private bathroom and 2 share a bathroom with 1 other resident. All shared spaces such as the kitchen, dining room and laundry room are fully furnished and equipped. Residents expected to clean up after themselves and abide by rules and guidelines designed to promote a courteous, clean and quiet co-living community. Professional deep cleanings of shared spaces monthly. Kitchen is newly renovated and includes all appliances, pots/pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, coffee maker. For your convenience, each resident has labeled shelves in the pantry and refrigerator to keep their items separated. Provided shared supplies (soap, cleaning supplies, paper products, garbage bags, etc.) are restocked as needed. Each bedroom door and the front door are equipped with electronic keypads, enabling further security and convenience. PRICING: For all units: Access to full kitchen stocked with appliances, pantry, dining room and laundry room with washer & dryer. Additional amenities of high-speed internet/wifi and all utilities (power, water, sewer and gas), consumable supplies (trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and more are included in the price. $700/mo for private bedroom & shared full bathroom (shared with only 1 other resident) $800/mo for private bedroom & private on-suite full bathroom $860/mo for large master private bedroom & private on-suite full bathroom
