About the room
Bedroom is move in ready in Spring Valley. Room comes with all utilities included; water, trash, internet. I also have conditioned water system, pest control maintenance and solar for AC. Gets pretty hot in Spring Valley. Washer and dryer in unit. Patking would be in front of the house and we have ring facing the front. Side door key entrance. You would share a bathroom with my son and take turns cleaning it. We are about a 2-3 min drive to freeway, more inland.
About the roomies
Im a registered nurse who works nights and my son works the afternoon shift as well. We are more night owls but respect sleep. Usually pretty quiet around the house during the day. We have 2 dogs (pugs) and sometimes my boyfriends dog comes over (dachshund). They are my life so dog lovers in a must!.
