Mother and daughter are seeking a considerate, responsible, and quiet roommate. Offering a private bedroom and private bath, with views of the Partial Strip and the mountains. Fully furnished, added a fridge and (55-inch) TV in the bedroom, and ready to move in. Share all amenities, including the kitchen (The living room is used for family members only). Based in a gated community, the apartment has access to free guest parking, a swimming pool, hot tubs, gym facilities, a pool table, a game room, and tennis courts. The complex has 24hr. security guard and the building has security cameras. Also, we have both indoor and outdoor cameras in common areas. Convenient location, within 1/2 mile of shopping and groceries. 1.8 miles from the Strip, with access to public transit via a bus stop across the street. Near the Vegas Strip, Sphere, UNLV, Casinos, Hotels, Restaurants, and Shops.

Male or female acceptable, with no criminal record. Must pass a background check and employment verification (prefer full-time employment, verified with paystubs or bank statements).

The high-rise condo is always kept clean and tidy; we prefer a roommate with compatible values. A family member works from home, where privacy is important. No overnight guests or visitors. You’re welcome to bring in your Electronics & Clothing only. but NO ADDED items of furniture.

P. S. It would be highly beneficial to have a roommate who is employed full-time. Additionally, it is preferred that they do minimal cooking at home. We are currently seeking the perfect roommate who is at ease with puppies. Our residence is consistently maintained in a neat and orderly fashion. We are a household consisting of a 67-year-old mother who is full of energy and a daughter in her 40s who works full-time. Additionally, we have four miniature poodles weighing between 8 and 15 pounds each, along with a lively and affectionate puppy. The daughter is employed full-time, while the mother is more relaxed.
