• Fresh linens, towels provided (if needed)
• Streaming channels + high-speed Wi-Fi

• Full-size washer & dryer access (1x a wk preferred)
• Water Softener system throughout & purified drinking water system
• Decorative pillows, desk decorations, neon lighting can be removed if not your style.
  -Bring your own linens & shower curtain preferred for 6 mo+ stay.

Shared with a SoCal working professional (30s–40s) — relaxed, modern, respectful, and easy to live with. The home is intentionally calm and designed for people who travel frequently or work hybrid and want a peaceful place to reset.
