1 bedroom available in a 3 room house there’s already 2 dogs so we are full pet wise (tank animals are an exception) the room that’s left is small but can be decorated or painted to your liking shared bathroom kitchen and backyard there’s a front porch as well an an upstairs porch and if your fine going through a window you have access to the second story balcony(only door is in the master bedroom)

myself (20 f) and my partner (24 male) and owner (42 male) are already set up there’s 2 dogs one outdoor/indoor cat we are very cannabis friendly but we ask you smoke outside or crack the window each room has its own mini split so you can control the temperature to your liking any modifications to your room are accepted as long as when you leave nothing is destroyed rent is 600 a month including utilities
