Kitchen accessible. Laundry on site. Bathroom is shared with two other females. But is very spacious. Please be respectful of occupants.

Normal shared house duties such as keeping the kitchen and common areas clean, taking trash to curb. Please communicate well and be courteous.

Room is available. Cats ok but cannot roam the rest of the house. Cat must stay in your room. $100 fee monthly for pets. Deposit can be paid in increments.

We are all respectful of each other and very considerate. We like to share in the kitchen sometimes when cooking and make sure to clean up after ourselves. We all really keep to ourselves. Want everyone to feel lkke they are at home and with family.
