We have a canoe, kayak, and paddle boards that can be taken out in the backyard. We are both quiet and clean.

The house is walking distant to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores and the beach. We are looking for a roommate immediately and are open to a male or female roommate. We are both two women in our early 30’s.
