Auburn Boulevard

It’s a smaller apartment complex and after living here for 7 months it’s a really safe place. There’s one assigned parking spot and there’s a bunch of open spaces, I’ve never not had a parking spot. There’s a gate with a code/clicker and the apartment complex itself is very quiet and mostly has families. The room is a pretty good size, and has a HUGE closet. The bathroom is shared, but it’s a ‘jack and Jill’ style bathroom. We have private sink/storage areas and then the shower and toilet are shared.

I’m 24 yo, and female. I’ve had roommates since I was 17, so I’m used to living with others. I’m super laid back and usually keep to myself, but I also would like to have a friendship with my roomie. I have a small dog, who is usually pretty quiet. He is super friendly and loves to cuddle and play. I work part time and will be going to school full time when the spring semester starts.
