The space: You would have the large (unfurnished) master bedroom. The bedroom has large floor to ceiling windows and two big closets.

There is only one bathroom on the top floor, where both bedrooms are, so we would share. The bathroom is spacious with a double vanity and is connected both directly to your bedroom and the shared hallway.

Kitchen, half bath, and living/dining room are on the main floor. The living room also has large to floor ceiling windows. The house gets great natural light and the views in the living room make you feel like you’re in a treehouse. ☺️

Downstairs has the in-unit washer/dryer, a spacious basement, and another (small) full bathroom. The basement provides extra storage space, work from home space, and is occasionally used as a guest bedroom. There is also a small unfenced backyard and storage shed- access to backyard is in the basement not the main floor.

The neighborhood: HOA community with pool. Kind and respectful neighbors! Ample parking. Walkable neighborhood, nearby park, short walking distance to a few restaurants, 10ish minute drive from downtown Annapolis.

Your share of the rent would be $1,300/month plus split utilities (electric, water, internet). Security deposit is $1,200. Proof of income required.

Potentially pet friendly pending approval from me and the landlord. Your pet would need to get along with my cat. Current roommate has a cat and the two of them are best friends.

My current roommate and I moved in April of 2025. She is needing to move closer to work and we cannot renew our lease together, but I am hoping to find another roommate so that I can stay.

I am 29yrs old, work full time in the non-profit sector, and have 1 cat and 1 horse (horse does not live on property 😂). Strongly left-leaning and politically active. Clean. Love to cook. A bit of a homebody.

Ideal roommate would be a female in her mid 20s-30s. Clean, friendly, communicative, and like-minded. My current roommate and I get along very well and I am looking for a similar dynamic.
