Small shared living arrangement in a great location at the end of a street in Cascade Locks. Looking for somebody clean and respectful. Probably a no pets situation but I’m willing to hear people out.   room is 11 foot x 12foot Use of the garage storage area as well.  $800+ half of utilities per month Also, $800 security deposit utilities are generally between one and $200 a month total for water, sewer, electric, and garbage. Don’t have Internet currently, but willing to consider it.

Looking for someone to sign on to a three month lease and then continue month-to-month after that as long as the living situation is enjoyable for both parties.

I am male 39 years old from Oregon originally and am the property owner. I enjoy all stuff, outdoors, riding bikes, Wind sports and just all around adventuring outside.
